There are many things that set Custom Homes by Cory, Inc. apart from the competition; some of which are listed.  To really get a sense of who we are, what we stand for, and where our passion lies, we encourage you to visit one of our homes and speak with past clients.

 

INTEGRITY:

At the core of our company is a commitment to being fair and honest and never compromising on our beliefs.  We have a personal commitment as a family and business to be ethical and honest.  Who we are as individuals and who we are as business owners are interwoven.  In life, it is not possible, nor is it acceptable, to be unscrupulous in either venue.    Like everything in life, a solid foundation is imperative.  We hold ourselves, our subcontractors, the products we use, and our homes to high standards.  We believe, “If you are not going to do something well, why do it at all?”

 

COMMITMENT:
Building a home for someone warrants trust.  We respect and appreciate clients putting their faith in us to build a home where their family memories will take place.  We consider this an honor and an awesome responsibility.  As such, we have an enormous commitment to our clients. 

 

Every project becomes very personal for us. Thus, we commit ourselves to craftsmanship which is illustrated in the quality subcontractors we hire, our close supervision, and in our commitment to adhere to the BAGI Standards.  Also, we are committed to quality in the brand name products we utilize that clients have come to know and trust.  We aim to deliver the final product clients expect and surpass expectations along the way.

 

VALUE:
What is value?  When building a custom home, value is an important consideration.  Often times, value is equated with cost; however, we have come to realize what an oversimplification and fallacy this can be.  Cost is simply one component of value.  Value also encompasses the following:  quality (which includes the integrity of the structure coupled with the ingenuity and creativity in design), timeliness, service, and cost.

 

Please, consider the following.  If lower quality materials are used in order to lower the cost, the integrity of the home is compromised.  Also, if another builder takes more time to complete construction of the home, the additional interest on the loan could exceed the savings in construction.  The amount and timeliness of draws can equate to significant interest paid by the future homeowners.  At Custom Homes by Cory, Inc. we do not pay ourselves on projects until the project is complete; thus, clients save money on interest on loans.  Also consider, if a builder is not available to return calls or answer questions, frustration may impact the value of a project.  At Custom Homes by Cory, Inc. we work to provide the best value to our clients by maximizing budgets, being available to answer questions or help in the decision making process, and delivering the most cost effective product.  

 

HONESTY:

We have set up a very simple system for pricing homes.  We started by asking ourselves, “What would we expect as standard in our personal home?”  With that premise, we are proud of our standard building package which offers many features that others consider upgrades.  We do not believe in luring clients with an attractive base price, and then charging significantly for upgrades after the contract is signed.     Rather, prior to signing a contract, our clients know the price and specific details about what their home will include.  In business, we do not like surprises nor do we like being disappointed with a product, and we believe our clients would not like that either.  Our guiding principle is quite simple; treat people fairly and with respect and surpass their expectations through a quality, well built home with superior customer service and distinctive designs.

Building a custom home is a detailed process paved with decisions.  Custom Homes by Cory, Inc. works side by side with clients every step of the way facilitating this process, answering questions, and ensuring clients get what they desire.   From initial meeting to final walkthrough and beyond, an owner at Custom Homes by Cory, Inc. will be there to assist you.  This is a statement of the level of commitment and care we have for nurturing positive client relationships.  Every home we build is held against the same standards of that which we would build for ourselves.
