Cory Carpenter - President

Cory has been designing homes since she got her first Barbie doll house at five! Cory holds a B.S. and M.A. in education, but her true passion lies in the creative process. Cory has a true eye for design and attention to detail. She is passionate about personalizing space to meet her client's needs and functions and doesn't consider it a job, but rather a luxury to get to be part of creating something beautiful and unique with clients. When Cory is not designing homes, she spends every spare minute of time with her family. Cory also enjoys travelling, going to art fairs and antique stores, creating art of all sorts, baking, attending theater productions, and being a taxi service to her daughter.

Rick Jones - Owner/Builder

Rick began his construction career in 1970. He has a dynamic construction background that includes experience in: residential construction, commercial construction, land development, remodeling services, and real estate sales. Rick is passionate when speaking about how the structures he participates in building will be his legacy. Rick truly enjoys the process and is sincere in his want to build with integrity. Rick also enjoys architecture, racing, classic cars, reading, spending time with his family, travelling, working in the yard, and following his passion for thoroughbred racing.

Forrest Carpenter - Vice President/Managing Broker

Forrest has over 12 years of experience in construction and real estate sales and management. Forrest’s meticulous attention to detail, coupled with his honest and sincere personality, make for a great fit with client relations. Forrest graduated from SPEA with a degree in Environmental Health & Science which has been a great marriage with the building business. Forrest enjoys being involved in the community as evidenced by being awareded 2007 Builder of the Year, a past president of Johnson County Builder’s Association, a BAGI Board of Director, and a current Johnson County Builder Council Board Member. Forrest enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, fishing, landscaping his yard, listening to good music, being involved in the community, travelling, trying new cuisines, and sports of all kinds.
